Clubhouse is still invite-only and only available on iOS, but an Android version is in development. Within a year of its launch, the app has reached 13 million downloads.
To compete with the latest social media trend of audio chat rooms, Facebook, the social media giant is looking at introducing Clubhouse-like services. It has been discovered that it is testing a feature that will allow users to create a private audio room with their friends. This will most likely be part of Facebook’s Messenger Rooms, which debuted last year.
There are three options for ‘Rooms’ in a screenshot posted by developer Alessandro Paluzzi. One of these is audio, which allows users to build their own private audio room with their friends.

Last month, Bloomberg reported that Facebook’s audio chat product will most likely be integrated with Messenger Rooms. Customers can start a video chat room here and invite others to join.
