Magic: The Gathering’s Street Fighter Cards Revealed

Magic: The Gathering’s latest crossover set will feature some of the most recognized characters from Street Fighter. The pre-sale of new cards, including foil and regular, began on February 18, 2022.

The Secret Lair crossover card sets are part of Magic: The Gathering Universes Beyond, which modifies different characteristics into Magic itself. These associations comprise franchises such as the Netflix series Arcane and Warhammer 40,000, based on Riot’s League of Legends.

The Secret Lair X Street Fighter consists of E. Honda, Ryu, Blanka, Dhalsim, Zangief, Guile, Chun-Li, Ken, and Blanka. Players can make orders for the Wizard site and Secret Lair from March 18, 2022.

The Secret Lair collaborations have brought some fear amongst some followers since they are limited-time by nature. These print-on-demand cards ask players to head to the portal and join a queue. Players can buy the set of cards from there. It has resulted in some agitations within the community, and Magic has made some adjustments to the collaborations under its followers’ response.

Street Fighter cards have unique attributes. They have their own mechanics to replicate the original, inspiring game characters. Alternative versions of these newly launched cards can be procured through boosters packs sold via retailers. Therefore, players can still get in on the new meta and experiment with experiments. But, if the followers want to procure the Street Fighter- particular art and cards, they will have to check out the Secret Lair drop before the expiry of the promotion.

Wizards of the Coast has now disclosed the final art for these Secret Lair cards, including how it would be cropped for each card. The image published on IGN also comprises the mechanics for each card.

The Street Fighter Secret Lair card is now live. The sets of eight cards are going live for USD 39.99 for regular and USD 49.99 for foil. High- resolution gallery has been included for E. Honda, Ryu, Blanka, Dhalsim, Zangief, Guile, Chun-Li, Ken, and Blanka.
