Rhône. A lyonnais at the helm of the Academy of Pharmacy

The head of the central pharmaceutical department of Hospices Civils de Lyon, Dr Gilles Aulagner, was elected president of the National Academy of Pharmacy for the year 2021.

Professor of clinical pharmacy from 2011 to 2018, Gilles Aulagner is also the founder of Galien’s interviews.

His ambition at the helm of the academy is “to support the development of pharmacy in France, while respecting the traditions (maintaining the French pharmaceutical community, traceability of health products) and its ethics encouraging access to innovations and revising professions and teaching in pharmacy with the establishment of pharmaceutical specializations.
